I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.
Second line (parades)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Second line is a tradition in brass band parades in New Orleans, Louisiana. The "main line" or "first line" is the main section of the parade, or the members of the actual club with the parading permit as well as the brass band. Those who follow the band just to enjoy the music are called the "second line." The second line's style of traditional dance, in which participants walk and sometimes twirl a parasol or handkerchief in the air, is called "second lining."

Welcome I am a 3rd generation artist, born in Duvernay, Laval, Quebec in 1958. My grandfather, Richard Wenzel Pranke was an art professor in Slovakia, and my father,a well known Quebec artist Walter W. Pranke, were my first motivators that inspired me at a very early age. My art education began at the age of 10 when I created a 32 sq ft mural for a school project. Because of my family's heritage in the love of arts, I studied numerous art literatures, volumes of artists work and other forms of media to develop my skills. Thanks to my father and my devotion to painting I continue to grow as an artist. Hope you enjoy my art !
